Returns

We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) .

You must return your items within 28 days of the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you. When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item. Please note that we do not offer free returns. All costs of returning are customers responsibility. In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge. Returns take 2-3 working days to process after we have received your item(s).

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any items within 28 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant return information on it. We will get your exchanged item sent back to your within 2-3 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s).

Sale items

Please be aware when purchasing sale items, that they are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be eligible for an exchange within 28 days where the items are unworn, and in saleable condition with tags intact.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@splay.co.uk We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items* within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts. Shipping charges are not refundable (we will pay all shipping costs including the return shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error). You will be responsible for the cost of return and safe return of any product purchased after which a refund of the purchase price will be made in full, unless the goods have been miss used, or are in a condition that warrants the product non-saleable. When returning an item please make sure you get a 'proof of postage certificate' from the Post office (Free of charge) and make sure to properly insure the item(s).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

* No returns on Cricket bats as even in normal use, superficial face and edge marks along with slight surface cracking will occur. This is to be expected; it does not detract from the performance of the bat and may be ignored. Other damage, such as splitting of the toe as a result of hitting a yorker, or damage caused by a mis-timed shot (which happens to even the best player!) can more often than not be repaired and the repaired bat will continue to give excellent service. Cricket bat item value are ONLY refundable / exchangeable if the cricket bat is in the original condition.
